+Due to the nature of haircare products and professional styling tools, all sales are final once an item has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement or resolution.
How long does shipping take?
+Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Standard shipping generally takes 3–5 business days after shipment. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Ceramic vs. Titanium — what’s the difference?
+Ceramic heats more gradually and is often preferred for finer or more delicate hair. Titanium heats quickly, maintains consistent heat, and works especially well on thick, coarse, textured, or resistant hair. Amour Thairapy™ uses titanium plates for efficient, smooth styling with fewer passes.
